Hello every body

I know I try to ask a lot of questions , but this is my first deal with this PBX.
Now I need a call log ( or call account ) for all calls inside and outside this PBX , do you have any free software that can be used for this issue and also how to active or connect it with the PBX .

Thanks all

I need a free software that able to save , collect and organize all incomming , outgoing calls for HP4K and how to connect it

The only free software would be Hyperterminal - setup as a LAN connection to the HiPath.
There would be no database or anything like that.
If you just want to store the calls you could use that or use a hardware buffer.
Any utility that does CDR - Call Charge Recording - on the HiPath or others would cost.

I poked around on Sourceforge for a half hour this afternoon but couldn't find anything. I assume that is because there isn't really a call for it, or more likely it's too vendor specific and would require a complicated process to either config the utility to accept the data from the system or configure the system to send the data the way the utility wants it.

The 'difficulty' with the HiPath 4000 CDR is that it will and can output any format to any device.
Therefore nothing is really pre-setup for use.
In earlier times immediate output was sent to a local printer, this could still be done.
A serial/lan interface program similar to Hyperterminal could store all your calls and you could manually go through the files to check for calls but that would be very time consuming.
Any available software package would suit as long as you know the output format that is required.
Then the HiPath 4000's CDR output could be sent out in that format to that software package.

One of the good thinks in h300/h4k is that we can setup the output format in any format that we want.
For example if you need the output format like an Alcatel you can do this.
So first choose one tool.
Then you need to know what format this application needs to read, then you can configure the AMO FTBL.

In Portugal we use the easylynq ( They are certified by Unify, This software works in all brands and models. With this software you can also take off the Caracas Link, and Comtelco.
If you need some hints about FTBL please ask :)
