Call log (callers list)on 11xx phones isn`t working properly after upgrade to rel. 6.0. The option to log unanswered calls doesn´t work. When selecting to log all calls, everything is working as expected. Any ideas?
With Rel 6, the call log feature has to be enable in 2 different place. 1st the SS ELAN IP address has to be entered in the Personal Directory, then the App Server has to be enabled under the IP Node properties then xmitted and synchronized
