Would you tell how to enable the call listening then some one can spy other's conversation ?

an acd supervisor can monitor a agent, the agent is aware of the monitor, other then that, you'll need a major work around to do a silent monitor, privacy release is a key function that is a way to invite a person to ease drop or join a call. with analog stations or analog trunks, silent monitor is very simple.. you just need a but set and access to the frame..

is a company in southern california that sells port side monitoring device or a Trunk side monitoring device. I have used both and both work well as advertised. You have to setup a server and tap each port or line individually but it does the trick for you.

You might want to check out Algo's products. They have several solutions at reasonable prices.

Go to

http://www.algosolutions.com

and have a look at the AuxBox and USB AuxBox. Either will allow silent monitoring of calls, among other things.
