I have a user that need to monitor their employees call and would like to brreak in to a call and listen with out then knowing. Is there a feature to do this if so, could you give an example.

If you have VMPRO there is a better way to monitor, and evaluate calls. Do they have VMPRo? If so, it can be set to record calls for a user.

 
this is a standard feature of IPO, used in many call centres.

Create a monitor group and put every extension that can be listened to into that group.

In each user or rights for the group click "Can Be Intruded"

For the user that wants to listen, select "Can Intrude" and select the "Monitor Group" as the 1 created above.

You may also want to turn off Beep on Listen in System Tab.
