Customer using 20 series handsets using the integrated CallListen feature gets cut off after 30 secs, when they use a short code works fine. Is this a known problem on 2.1.27, or have I missed something.
I had the same problem. Was told that revisions newer than 2.1(27) addressed it, but they pulled the last working version off of the Avaya FTP. They replaced it with 2.1(30), but then pulled that bin due to excessive bugs. Problem is, they didn't put the other version BACK! So now the newest is still 2.1(27) and they say they're not putting another one up until 3.1(31) comes out.
