Call Listen - causing monitored extension to drop call

I'm running an IP 403 / 2.0(16). Whenever I try a call listen on one the extensions, the monitored call will drop after some period of time. We can still hear the monitored extension but the other party will have been disconnected. Sometimes this happens almost immediately, sometimes after a short period of time. Has anyone seen this? Thanks for your help.

Upgrade to the lates 2.1 load. There were some call listen fixes implemented after 2.1.27 broke call listen. Actually it just screwed call listen up in that you had to hit the # key after entering the short code to start call listen.
