I thought I saw this topic listed here at some point but cant find it in the search. Were using Telemate for our Call Accounting package. Im seeing reports of 10 hour calls. The other problem is that 3 calls were placed at the same time by 3 different users but of the same 10:30 hour length according to the reports. Telemate says they just get the raw data from the Definity. Im not sure where the problem is and I know that the users werent on the phones that long. Any help would be appreciated.

9599 length call records are printed for any active calls when the system time is changed, or if the call actually exceeds that length (in which case you get one of those for each 10 hours, and then one final one with the remainder durtion) This can also happen if two outside calls are conferenced together on trunks that don't have answer supervision.

So if I adjusted the system time at the same time as the calls were placed, the calls would show up this way?
