call intrude doesnt always work

Hi Guys,

Odd one. IP500 v2 on R9 .3 i think.

They have been doing call intrusion as a means for setting up a conference (bankers that will not do any different) They used to just have a couple join never had a problem.

now however when one makes the call out sometimes 7-8 people can all call indtrude fine. Prefect. other times the other users can intrued at all and then other times 3-4 people can but no more.

Conference channels are free the whole time. We have tested inhouse and works a charm for 7-8 users each time.

Anyone got any ideas?? nouser conf source numbers ?

What does monitor show when this expected event does not occur?

I'd use a conference bridge on the same short code they're used to using.

doesnt show much. You can see the button presses on the phone but then nothing.

They dont use shortcodes but a button for intrude. The last part of the process doesnt show so you cant complete the intrusion. They can put the extn in but the second intrude doesnt show on the screen.

Its very odd.
