Call History feature on an ACD phone. 1

1) Does the Call History feature not work on ACD phones?

2) And, if it is supposed to work, does it not work on calls that ring on the ACD extension?

3) And, if #2 is not the case, and it is supposed to work on any call to any extension on the phone, ACD or otherwise, what do I need to activate to make it work?

I'm sorry. You're right, that would likely help. The system is a 3300 ICP running v6 software and the phone in question is a 5340e IP.

From the Help files under Call History - Call History is not recorded for ACD calls. Call History will work o ACD phones, just not for ACD calls. You can click on Help in the ESM and search for "Program Call History Feature" for information on setting this up.
