Legend R2 (analog BIS phones) with a VSR Voicentre voice mail. We set up a call group 771 for a group of sales agents. How can we make calls roll to a voice mail when all agents are logged out. Thanks for any help.

Add group to VM cover group..........you may need to create a phantom DN to accomplish this.
