Call Fwd to External DN

I'm having a problem with my boss's phone forwarding to an external DN. It is set to CFXA and the digits are set to allow 16, but the "16" is not sticking, it keeps defaulting back to "4" and I get a fast busy when I try to forward it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

look at your rdr data, might be a stopper in there, also do you have any station that cfxa now?.. if so out the bosses phone and put it back in.

after you change key xx to cfw 16 are you getting any type of sch code? when you print the set does the key show cfw 4 or cfw 16?

No, I'm not getting any code, but when I print it, it keeps changing back to 4 even after I change it to 16. I have 3 other sets in the PBX set to do this with no problem and they are all set exactly the same.

not to doubt your abilities, but you're not by any chance aborting out of the overlay after you change key xx CFW 16? your carriage-returning all the way through the rest of the prompts after you change that key?

I have had this problem b4 and I had to out the phone and reprogram it. Did you try that?
