Call FWD to a Cell 2

Hi,
I need to FWD my number to a cell phone the trick is if I don't answered the cell phone how I can make my mailbox pick the voice mail instead of the cell phone voice mail.

Depends on your trunks and your COS.
If you going out analog line - won't happen. (There are some narrow limits to that but I'd doubt it would apply)

If you're going out a PRI then adjust your call forward no answer timer in the COS of your phone to something lower.

Use External Hotdesking to ring both devices and drop to the PBX VM.

Hi,

thanks for the recommendations. I program the phone for no answer external and test. the call did ring on my office then it rings on my cell phone and then VM pick up. don't know if the previous guy did something. it seems that the system is working fine.
