Good evening,

Here is what I got, I know its old but it works...I think. I have a 8x24-DS DR3 and a Startalk Mini. All is working well for my home, I don't have to take messages anymore...Yea! I also have a small home business and I have learned that the Mini only has one greeting table. I have the home line set to AA after 5 rings with a ccr table to direct callers to mail boxes for my wife, myself and my mother-in-law. Is there a way to set a phone that isn't used much to call fwd no answer on line 2 only to a mailbox for the business. When we are home we always answer the business line so this would just be for when we are not home.

Thanks,

Jason

Sure. Assign line two to ring on the spare phone and create a mailbox for that extension. Make sure home line does not ring on this phone. Assign Call Forward No Answer (CFNA)to the Voicemail's extension and set the CFNA ring count to the desired number. Record the company greeting in this mailbox.

IPTSBrad,

Thanks for the quick response, I figured this out after I posted the message. I made one change, having extra ext on the system, I just used a ext that didn't have a phone even connected. The only problem is that I don't have a phone to tell me there is a message waiting but I will just check that vm box from my phone.

Again thanks for the quick respons. Don't know why I didn't thing of this first.

Thanks,

Jason
