Hi, I have a phantom four digits DN which forwards to long distance number (91xxxxxxx). It works if I dial this number from my phone set. But if Call Pilot apps dial to this number, it doesn't work. It (Call Pilot Apps) works if I change this forwarding number to local number (9area code & xxxxxxx) or (91800xxxxxxx).
What am I doing wrong? How do I make this long distance call work from Call Pilot Apps please?
Many thanks in advance...

Check you RPL (restriction permission list) for 91 being restricted. Probably your problem

Sorry, that was not it. I checked RPL and 91 was not restricted. I also added 9 and 91 on permission and still didn't work. Thanks for your input ankalary..
Any other suggestions?
Thanks..

make sure you're looking at the right RPL - when in doubt, put your number in each one and test, then remove accordingly.

I'm looking at the "Call Pilot Manager" and it is under "Massaging, Restriction Permisiion List". I have four RPL created. Local, Long Distance 1 & 2 and Switch. They all permit "91". Am I looking at the wrong place?
Many Thanks...

Yes, like I said "It works if I dial this number from my phone set". NCOS on the port is "5".
Thanks..

Your phone and you CP are different. What is allowed on the phone is not nessessarily allowed on the CP.
Does NCOS 5 allow LD? The CP is usually set up to block LD to prevent Hacking.

if you need to change the ncos of the acd agents on the cp.. disable them and take them out,, then put them back in.. another thing to check 1st... cff or cfo in the cdb... is the switch looking at the ncos of the cp agents or the ncos of the orig call... if your cfo, then the switch looks at the ncos of the inbound trunk, not the ncos or the rpl;s of the cp..

rpl would be my 1st choice...

NCOS 5 can do LD. Not sure what Johnpoole meant. I am not at his level of knowledge. I am lost at this time but want to achieve this.
All I am trying to do this using CP press 1 for local number & 2 for the office at remote location.

He means that there are TNs programmed for the callpilot if they are not set at an NCOS high enough then they cannot dial long distance.

Yes, that was it. It's working now. Thanks to all for your help. Life can't be the same without you guys!!!!
