Call from Out side Issue 2

I have a problem ,with receiving call form outside,the answer machine not working just ringing.

but, when made main number shortcut(blocked) its working fine.

please i need someone explain me this problem.

You say if you block the main number, the VM works OK?
If you do this which route/trunk does the call come in on when it works?

I have 18 numbers all trunked with main number
Yes if block this number i can receiving call.
I blocked all numbers tested one by one, but when block the main one the vm working ok.

But, i did not check which (trunk or route) working when block that number. Please how to check this.
