how do i use call fowarding with feature access code?

Check to see if you have "Extended Cvg/Fwd Admin? n" turned on under "dis sys cus". Sounds like your wanting to change cover paths with a FAC by dialing in? Its a RTU Wisdom is Knowledge

We have it set up on the
Cha feature-access-codes form page 1 that:
Call Forwarding Activation Busy/DA: All: #0 Deactivation: #1

and in our Dial plan # is set to fac under -2-

Can you tell us how your going to us it. Mine would be for calls going off net to say a cell phone or home phone. The other would be for in house use. Wisdom is Knowledge

This means that it takes 2 digits with # being the first
as a feature acces code, so with
Call Forwarding Activation Busy/DA: All: #0 Deactivation: #1
you will dial #0 followed by the number you want to forward to. When you want to return to normal you simply dial #1
