call foward from OTM

Can you foward 39XX set from OTM with out going to the physical phone and where in OTM ?

almost no one here uses otm, mostly a group of techs that use command line and have turned off otm prior to it trashing the software due to misuse... the only way with or without otm to force hard forward active is a feature called remote call forwarding... there is a code in flex feature codes for that.. on the set all you need is forward allow and a forward key of ftr enabled and a scpw set.. i can't help any with otm but the feature is a station feature post programing... if the set is softwared right, then you just need to glance at the list of feature codes... dial that code, then the scpw (secure password is perset and is displayed just prior to class) then the dn of the station, then the dest... it works we use it all the time... but none of our software is otm loaded.. i turned that server off... command line is faster and in the controled at will... some of us have had to rebuild a switch after a bad otm change or sync... it's better now then when it was called mat 6, but scripts are cleaner
