Hi All,
I am having issues making call forwards via the extensions,
I can forward numbers via ICR table fine, however not from a user,
The call connects inbound however nothing outbound, the system is at v10.1.3 and a SBC and Daisy SIP Trunks,
Any pointers would be good as really struggling now!

Do a Monitor trace to see what is happening.

I am getting "Response = 500 Server Internal Error" on the outbound call, also Twinning appears to be working, strange...

Ask the SIP provider why.

I have asked the question, they always take a while to respond, Daisy have quite a bad name,
The system has an ASBCE attached, would the 500 server internal error message be something that would output?,
My experience on them is pretty limited,
Thanks

If they answer 500 they have to be able to answer why.
Any provider can answer that if there is an issue on their end that can't route the call.

Does Daisy Maintain the IPO as well as the sip trunk?
I can assure you the PBX team are usually on the ball I don't have much dealing with the sip team but would still expect the to be able to explain why the call was rejected.

Sounds like it may be something incorrectly set in the users sip settings resulting in an invalid originating cli being presented.

It was the SIP team I was dealing with, I have heard good things regarding the PBX guys, unfortunately I have no more info, I was brought in as a subcontractor to try and sort these problems for one day as the original installer had left a few things out, this was the last on my list, unfortunately the customer I subcontract for has the account with Daisy not me so I didn't get much from them, not heard anything since, I did check extension SIP tabs and went over the SIP line multiple times.
Mystery!

I am glad to here that (I am one of them)

This issue is going to need someone to look at the sys monitor traces & try to work out what the differences are between working calls & failing calls
there are all sorts of Sip parameters (re-invite, PRACK etc) that can have strange affects on sip call routing.
