Hoping someone can help us. We are trying to forward all of our non working numbers to a mailbox with a standard greeting. We have created a voice mail box of 3922 and when we forward the numbers to 3922 we get unity voice mail not the mailbox of 3922 any ideas? Why does Cisco make every thing so difficult I could do this in a matter of minutes on our old system. Uggh!! we have lots to learn.

It's not a matter of difficulty, but of understanding. I agree that some ways of programming require alot of steps, but on the other hand it's a very flexible system ;)

I have to say I've never had anyting done with voicemail, but I think you should try something as following:
Make a translation or route pattern to the voicemail system and in that change the calling party mask to 3922.
That way the voicemail should recognise you as caller 3922 and the according voicemailbox should be activated.

You're not going to like this but with the way you currently have it setup you'll need to add those non working numbers as alternate extensions in mailbox x3922.

Welcome to Cisco.
