call forwarding

Does anyone know how to set up call forwarding to a phantom extension in quick mode
I cant seem to get a call forward button assigned to extension 10 that will allow me to forward a call other than extension 10's extension. I have set this up in the past and can;t seem to remember the procedure. Help me Mr Wizard

You have to forward from your extenion (unlike partner ACS) press feature 11 then dial extension where you want to forward or you can program button. if you forward to a phantom extension it will not go to that mailbox, it will go to extension that forwarded call
