call forwarding

Problem: the transferred caller's number is not forwarded to the cell phone, but only show's the office number.

Scenario: extension 24555 has all calls forward to cell phone. if jerry calls the office and they transfer the call to extension 24555 it goes to the cell. but it doesn't show the jerry's number, it shows the office number.

What can I do to fix this?

Second Problem: extension 24555 has a DID number assigned automatically, example wise, 225-297-9555, and the extension is forwarded to cell phone as well. Someone calls that number it shows up as "unknown caller id" on the cell phone

What can be done to fix this as well?
 
Re the first point - these settings can be changed on the line settings page of the device:

Forwarded Call Information Display
Caller Name X Caller Number X
Redirected Number X Dialed Number X

try various configurations, - one of these should work
 
make sure Caller Number is checked

Make sure your trunks allow you to 'push' caller ID. Depending on how it is configured, they could only show the office number on ALL outbound calls.
