Call forwarding treatment CM5.2

Have an issue with a user that manually call forwards their number to another internal number. The transfer takes place, but forwarding is never invoked at the forwarded to DN.

I have set "cvg after fowarding" to Yes on the forwarded to DN and no change. Is there something else to look at?
