Call forwarding to Mobile numbers

Hello there,

I am running on S8710 cm3.When i do the call transfer to mobile numbers its not allowing me to do, if i have the cor value low frr extension. Actually i wanted to do the call transfer to mobile using the AUTH code. IF anyone does please let me know.

Hi,
As one of the ways:
Make new(secret) ARS ANAlySis combination for that operation with a special route for low FRL.
For example:
Dialed Min Max RoutePtn
5 7 7 101 (for High FRL)
6665 10 10 102 (for Low FrL user without Auth code request)

Don't use "666" prefix like in example...

Thanks for the reply. I can able to forward the calls with out AUTH code(high frl). I want to do the call trasfer by using AUTH codes. According to your mail i have done the programming and when i do the call forward, its giving a long beep tone

Check the customer options for Cvg Of Calls Redirected Off-net? y. Also check SYSTEM PARAMETERS CALL COVERAGE / CALL FORWARDING Coverage Of Calls Redirected Off-Net Enabled? y. If this is good build a coverage path and the 1 point place a R1. The in the coverage remote table for R1 place the dialed digits of the mobile number. Don't forget the 9 and if needed the 1.
