I am working on an IP Office 500 with 7.0 software. I currently have an auto attendant setup to answer all 4 phone lines from the hours of 8a.m. to 6p.m. and have the time profile setup and it works great. I am having an issue setting the system up to forward all calls to the 4 lines to a cell phone number. I just want all calls to forward to the cell phone from 6:01p.m. to 7:59a.m. which is when the auto attendant is shut off.
I setup a new user and assign it extension 251 and checked off forward unconditional and put 9 plus the number in the phone number field. I also setup another time profile for the times i need to calls to forward.
However, come 6:01p.m., the auto attendant does shut off but all incoming calls just ring and ring to the caller and the cell phone never rings. Any help would be appreciated.
