Call forwarding on Target line without forwarding Answer DNs on same phone 1

We have a Norstar MICS 7.0 and I need to call forward a target line to an external number. Because this phone has Answer DNs also programmed, I was told that if they forward their target line, it will also forward any Answer DNs on their phone. Is there any workaround to just have the Target line forward and not the Answer DNs. Do I need to remove the Answer DNs from the phone first?
