Hello,

I just need some assistance on forwarding incoming calls from a number to the internal operator.
Example would be calls made to 555-444-3333 would forward to the operator internal extension which is "0". Any help with be appreciated.

Thanks.

Not sure of the question since you wrote you want to forwarding "incoming calls from a number", but your example is "calls made to 555-444-3333 would forward to the operator"

That is two different things.

If you want to forward someones phone to the Operator, just CFW it to 0.

If you want the Operator to get the call when the caller is dialing from outside number 555-444-3333, then that is a bigger challenge. I would say the simple answer is that isn't possible because the PBX can't route calls based on Caller ID.

If you want the Operator to intercept the call when any internal user dials 555-444-3333, then that is possible, but a longer answer. You use BARS SDRR ARRN to do that.

If you are referring to an inbound call you could use CDP to change the incoming number 3333 > 0. This of course would have to be a DID call in which the CO is sending the 3333.

Use IDC, as long as 3333 is a DID that you own, create IDC entry.

IDGT BLAH (Can't remember, something like IDCT I think)
3333 0

IDC works for me.....

But

If your requirement is for only very small numbers to come to the operator, maybe an LDN???
