Call Forwarding on Mitel 3300 Phone System

We have a 3300 Mitel Phone system, running software version 4.0 SP2.
We have a user that needs to forward an extension from system to his cell number indefinitely. And his phone no longer exists.
I am not too familiar with this phone system but if someone could provide instructions on where this might be done.
We've been having trouble locating where this could be setup.

I saw a couple of other posts through Google indicating to find "Call Forwarding Profile", but it doesn't appear to exist in this software version.

A couple of ways:

1
- Create a system speedcall for the cell phone
- set the speedcall as a Call Routing Always alternative
- Assign the CRA to the phone in the call rerouting form for day and night routes

- Add the cos options for Third Party call forwarding in the COS of the forwardee and a phone to be used to set the forwarding
- Use the Third Party call forward Feature access code to set the forwarding by dialing FAC + Set-to-be-fwded + Destination
