Call Forwarding on BCM50 external numbersh

My client is wanting to forward calls to am external number.
We program 1 button for CF and program another button with
The external number. It's works, but when she hangs up, calls are
Not Showing up on the display, that the calls are not
being forwarded!
Any suggestions?

I'm not sure that I'm following the question correctly. If a call forward is activated then any incoming call will never appear on the phone unless a forward on no answer after "x" amount of rings has been set instead.

Did you mean the display does not say "Forward > XXX" ?

Forward will show as that where "Calls" is the call log.


Also you do not need to pickup a handset to do any features on a phone or to dial out.
Just press Forward (or F4) and the Auto Dial button then see what is says on the display.

What type of handsets are they using?. What release is the BCM 50 and what is the patching level?.

this is a new BCM50 with the latest release. They are using a M7324
