call forwarding ns300

Hi all techie,

i have ns300 and forward all call internal and external
i have local 100 iwant to divert call i used *7102+local numbers.unfortunately internal call is working call is succesfully divert to extension number ex 101
then when an incoming from outside the is not divert to local 101 still ringing in local 100.

№100 is a member of the ICD Group and external calls are made to the ICD Group?
