IPO Ver 9.1.4 with a PRI
Hi all,
I know this is going to be a simple fix but I just can't figure it out.
I created a phantom user (Ext330) (no physical extension). Under the call forwarding tab I checked Forward Unconditional, Checked include Hunt Group calls and Internal calls, and I entered the number as 9xxxxxxx (cellphone number).
When I dial 330 from any extension, I hear one ring and then it goes straight to voicemail. It does not ring the cellphone at all. I replaced the cellphone number with different cell and landline numbers but all do the same thing.
The ring no answer timer is set to 20secs for the user. I set this up on my in house system at my office and it works perfectly. What am I missing? Any suggestions?
