Call Forwarding Issue

Hi Guys,

Well I have extensions at two branch offices. They both have Option 11's with Meridian mail. At one I have a 3904 and at the other I have a 2616. Currently the 3904 is forwarded to the 2616. When no one answers the 2616 it says that 3855 (the extension for my 3904 at thee other location) does not subscribe to this service, transferring to an attendent. I thought it would transfer back to my other voicemail. Is this not the case?

try sfa in class or put 3855 as an ext dn in your voice mail at the 2616 site.. if it will transfer back to the right mb depends on the network setup.. if the two were fully networked it would find the box at the other site via the d channel
