call forwarding internal vs external

Hi all,

On an Option 81, is it possible to differentiate the destination of a forwarded call? Can you forward Internal calls to DN 4000 over to an off-site cell phone while forwarding External calls to DN 4000 over to voice mail?

Read up on CFTA - Call forward by type Allowed, you should be able to set one destination for internal calls, and another for external ; if that destination target is a phantom DN with DCFW to extenal number, you've should get what you want...

thank you 30n30w! can the CFTA topic be found on Mike's cookbook or GHTrout's site? unfortunately there are more than 70 M3903's that need this - can this be done on M3903's?

Unless you mean 'the call forward button' - and there is not a way to activate Call Forward and treat callers differently.
