Call Forwarding from system

Hey All Happy Friday can anyone tell me how to call forward from switch (Nortel Option 81) I mean i now how to program it i just can not get it active. Or do i create ACD? kinda stuck thanks

There are a number of ways to do this.

Create a ACD queue in LD 23 and NCFW it out via the ACOD or e.g. "9" etc

Create a Phantom DN and DCFW it as NCFW, but have CLS = SFA and CFXA etc
