I have searched through the archive and have seen many posts regarding DISA and remote call forwarding. Is there a way to forward a phone using the maintenance terminal? Other PBX's I have managed have had this option.

Thanks..

One way would be to use a Phantom 500 set and the DCFW feature.

You can find your Phantom TN's by doing an LUVU for 500 sets in LD 20 and finding the TN's that say PHANTOM after.

After building the set you would issue the following commands to set this up.

REQ: CHG
TYPE: 500
TN ## ## ## ##
ECHG: YES
ITEM: FTR DCFW aa bbbbbbbbb (aa = number of digits to forward to, bb = the number to forward to)

Hope this helps

you can also use remote call forward with a password set up on any phone.. look that feature in the feature guide or i can give you s atep by step.. for a non working number an acd with maxp=1 and ncfw to your forward-to station does a forward.
