Does anyone know of any good services that we can use so I can have a number(s) that are called locally in another country forwarded to our office in the USA? We do have an Avaya IP office 500 PBX in the main USA office and a site-site vpn connection with an office in the country I need the locals numbers being forwarded.
Thanks!

Can't you use SIP trunks to do this? Then no forwarding required :)

hmmm, not sure. How can I use SIP trunks? How do I know if I have them?

There's no pbx in the country we have the vpn connection with, if that helps?

You can get numbers from most countries registerd to a system in your own country if you use the right SIP provider, no link to the other country required at all :)
