406v2 3.1.65 customer had forwarded his ext to cell phone, via a button programmed on a 5410 everything is great. Comes in shuts it off, shows up the next day phone rings sees that it is the office dialing him answers sure enough it is still forwarded from his ext. Checks his phone and the setting has come back on.
Any ideas on what it could be. No changes or merges took place during the time that passed.
