Call forwarding coming on when turned off????

406v2 3.1.65 customer had forwarded his ext to cell phone, via a button programmed on a 5410 everything is great. Comes in shuts it off, shows up the next day phone rings sees that it is the office dialing him answers sure enough it is still forwarded from his ext. Checks his phone and the setting has come back on.

Any ideas on what it could be. No changes or merges took place during the time that passed.

Do people work in the admin software frequently? I'm wondering if someone is "snapshotting" the config while his phone is set to forward, then pushing the config after he has disabled forward (this re-enabling it).

Looked into what you said. Found out that they were pushing an old copy of manager a few days old when updating there site.
