Call forwarding a DN to a cell phone on a 11C 1

Hi all,

I have a meridian 11C and i'm trying to forward my DN 3311 to my cell phone. When i call from another DN it says "Release and try again" and from an outside line it goes directly to the reception.

I changed CLS to CFXA, CFHA and SFA
and OPT on RDR_DATA and FTR_DATA to CFF
and Net Data - TRNX-YES
EXTT-YES

Based on all the question I have asked you, you need at least an NCOS 1 to make that call. So if you CFW 9NXXxxxx or if you need the NPA, then 9NPANXXxxxx.

The Key on the Phone will need
NCOS 1
CLS CFXA
05 CFW 11

The CDB will need CFF instead of CFO
---------------------------------------------------------

Or if you want to use a ACD
Creat a ACD Queue with
MAXP 1
NCFW 71105141234567?

I have been following this thread as well. I too have to forward extensions to LD. It's not very often the first post in the board is actually something you are working on. I followed all the way till the acod for the ncfw.

How do you (I really mean I) come up with the acod? I mean what is an acod? (That's not a theoritical question)

The ACOD is the Number you could dial to access your outgoing trunk and get dialtone and make a call.

Most people today dial 9 and that could be a trunk ACOD but it is usually the Access code to NARS/BARS.

1st I need to know how you normally dial your cell phone from yor office phone, do you need to dial the NPA or just the NXX and 4 numbers. (like 4803459876 or 3459876)

Hi Acewarlock,

It works fine when i use NCOS 4 on my phone.

Can you please tell me how to activate the CFW from outside my office if i forget to hit the set key "Call Forward" (through the PBX if possible)?
