We have someone that has a Partner ACS RL.7/Partner Messaging RL.6. They want the phone to ring four times and then pick up with the message and then go directly to a mailbox and at the same time use call forward to call there beeper. Right now it is doing all those things but it rings three times and then says transfering call and then goes to the mailbox and rings the beeper.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

When you say "pick up with the message" do you mean the mailbox greeting or the Auto Attendant?
Also, do you only want to change your current setup from 3 to 4 rings?

Yes, They want it like the auto attendant but not to ever say transfering a call just go directly to the mailbox 10.
I have it set up to be automatically picked up and then it says transfering call and then rings once and goes to the recorded voice they want to here and also rings his pager.

Just to clarify. Customer wants four rings, then if no one picks up, for a prompt/message to play and caller can leave message. Doesn't want caller to have to press any buttons and doesn't want caller to hear "transferring call"

Have the system set up on call answer service and unanswered calls go to extension 10. The problem is that when they are transferred to extension 10, the system says "transferring call". Customer doesn't want that. Everything else works according to plan.

Tell the users to use a DND button. Cant turn off the "transferring call" But, wont ring.

Give ext 10 line ownership to all lines (#208) and change #206,group 7,line#,1 assigned to 3 vms cover. You are basically changing your voice mail to work like a really expensive answering machine.

Set the lines to be "covered" by Ext. 10, through #208 (set them as "unassigned" in #206). Give Ext. 10's mailbox outcalling permisson, and put the beeper number in there.

Callers are answered by Ext. 10's mailbox, then leave a message without pressing any buttons (like an answering machine), and after they hang up, the pager gets beeped to notify you to call in and check the message.

If you're still getting the "transferring call", you may not have all your voice mail ports in the hunt group.

I need to use #206 and assign them or unassign them?

This is all really great help. Thank you everyone

Unassign the lines from the Auto Attendant in #206-7-NN-2, where NN is the line number.

Assign Coverage for the lines in #208-NN-XX, where NN is the line number and XX is the extension number.

Be sure the lines are actually assigned to the target extension, with immediate ring.

In the System Administrator's mailbox, allow outcalling for Mailbox 10.

In mailbox 10, program the outcalling number (listen carefully to the instructions for programming your outcalling, and don't forget the "9*" at the beginning). Don't forget to turn outcalling on! (Or maybe, only turn it on at closing time, so daytime voice mails don't trigger the beeper)
