Call forward

I have a fax machine that is broken what is the easiest way to get all calls to this number diverted to another fax?

Plug in analog phone & fwd
Set up hunting to 2nd number (as CS has already!!)
Get spare fax from Reception ??

it is paris and they don't have spare fax- I need to set the forward on the switch.

change the number to a acd q and set the ncfw to what ever you want

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

You also make a change in LD49 to point the IDC to another number.

ftr= fdn (good fax)
rco = (lowest number defined in cdb)

that is a simple fix, fax does not answer, calls forward when fax one does not answer, after it is replaced, no changes needed
