Hi, how to make to put all the lines of a phone in forward towards another station even if the line is represent on the station of destination ??

Is it possible ?? Thanks for your help !!

Yes,

Original Phone should have the MARP assigned to it. Then just forward to the Destination phone.

Should be pretty simple.

Sorry janaya, but if i call 4646 on phone1, the call was not forwarding... and the phone1 ring.

Phone1 Key 0 SCR 3232 CFW active on 6262
Key 1 SCR 4646

Phone2 Key 0 SCR 6262
Key 1 SCN 4646

that is because it is not on key 0 OR is not the only appearance of the number. Hard forward on a set is not going to CFW every DN on the set unless they only appear on the hard forward set, or is key 0. You can not do what you are trying w/ your current configuration, sorry.

Thank you bigindian65, but really no solution ??

With a BFS Key, you can probably get what you need. With BFS, you accomplish forwarding the set to you, then when you forward, both lines are forwarded.

Let's also make sure we are not creating a new non-Nortel glossary:

Call Forward is a key you press to redirect your calls.

Forward No Answer is what happens if you do not answer.
