Call Forward

I can not get a extension to forward to a cell phone with a call forward code, button or coverage remote? I'm using 9, I have everything allowed in COS and COR? Am i missing something?

Put a trace up on the station (list trace station xxxx) and try to do the forwarding. Pase the results of the trace here.

when you status the station do you see the fwd destination

I havea craft log in on R6. No trace.

to do the trace use emulator, not GEDI

I put a call forward button on the phone, I've set up a *2 as a feature code to do it that way. I created a remote coverage path. Nothing works.

The right way to manually call forward is which feature under "Change Feature"? Maybe i'm using the wrong one?

the call fwd button uses the FAC, you still have to manually enter the number you want the to fwd to. try this, go to the phone, do *2, 9 then the number. then status the station, send us a copy & paste of that

as soon as I press 9 I get wave off tone. so it's not letting me forward.

do you normally need a 9 to dial out? if so then you must have the wrong COS on the station. display cos & look for one where it has Restrict Call Fwd-Off Net
a "N". then give that station that cos

Check the Class of Service (COS). There is an entry there for 'Restrict Call Fwd-Off Net. It should be set to 'n'.

try "display system-parameters customer-options" page thru until you see Calls Redirected Off-net it should have a "y".
also check "display system-parameters feature" page thru for Coverage of calls Redirected Off-net it should also have a "y"
I beleive you need both to CF Off-net
