Call forward with restriction

Can you call forward to a long distance number with restrictions????????
I tried Feature 4 then 1-area code-number Feature 71, then LD Code. It doesn't work...is there anything else I can do???

You need line redirection allowed in capibiliteis.

Is this the way you would normally dial an LD number except fot the F4?

The line redirection is already allowed.
Yes, whenever we dial out to a long distance number, we have to put in a code.

Do you have to to do a flash hook (link) to enter your code?
if you don't need a flash hook try F78 instead of F71.

You haveyour route established Do a feature code then the route number,You have set a restriction to that route wih a bypass...Two lines in and out....
