call forward vdn

hi i can't seem to put a call-fwd on a vdn

i have already tried adding console permissions to the station on which im using *21, followed by the vdn number, followed by the number to which has to be forwarded

suggestions?

restrict call-fwd for the cos is set on no by the way

what are you trying to achieve? i dont think call forwarding can be set on a vdn. you might be better off amending the vector the vdn is assigned to.

yeah this isnt possible i believe

just trying to build in a step with a separate agent/skill that we can use to change routing between two numbers
