System is an Option 11C running 4.0 SW

Have a customer that uses LD access codes from the telco. It works great for them – except when trying to have it work without any input from the user (or caller). Example being a DCFW or ACD NCFW. Is there a way to put a “pause” in the dial string to have it wait until the call has been established before dialing the access code digits?

Is this a limitation of the PBX? The PRI? It did work prior to converting from a T1 to a PRI...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pause is not available. We use Viking analog dial out boxes to do "Special" dialing strings.

Thanks - that was my assumption, but wanted to throw it out there just to be sure.
