Call Forward to number

I want do a Call Forward to external number , ex. call forward station 225 to 819-999-9999 after 2 ring .

I try everything nothing works .

* I create route...002
* Pool A ,,, all line are in pool A
* Add number 8199999999 to external number

* Create destination code 666
* Add Route 002
* Absorbed lenght ,, ALL

* On Active set, add FWD No answer 666 ( for this step i really not sure )
* FWD delay 2


Or do you have an easier way ...ex. fonction 4

Also if this is for somebody who is in and out then use the F4 666 from the set.
If you use the FNA setting then no calls will go to the system voice mail, instead it would be the mobile phone only.

Hello

Don't forget to add 9 (or whatever your line pool is) in your sequence.

F4 9 819 999 9999

You need to tell the system to use an outside line.

I was thinking that too BB but it should work both ways.

I have
For my res POTs line
Lines in Pool A
Pool A code is 711 (which I never use, was probably for testing)
002 - dial xxx-xxx-xxxx - use Pool A - Public
Dest code 92 - use Route 002 - Absorb ALL

However for my SIP/VoIP line
Lines in BlocA
002 - dial 94xxx-xxx-xxxx - use BlocA - Public
Dest code 94 - use Route 002 - Absorb ALL

Now using the Pots Pool method Monitor shows just the phone number dialing out (although not the right number for some reason) but using the VoIP BlocA method Monitor shows nothing.
I am using FindMe FollowMe so this may effect what I see in Monitor.

Don't forget to allow redirect for the DN and lines are supervised.

That weird, when i try to call the phone with the call forward enable, i see the number ( I configured on dialing plan ) , the problem is the phone cant pickup the line for ex. L061 for the call forwarding.


I make sure that all line are in pool A.


I put some screen shot for example what i do.

If you want it to pickup L061 then put 061 in its own pool and adjust the route to reflect it.
Or just make sure all lines in the pool actually work and have dial tone.

Did you do as Marv stated above?

You may also need to adjust the dialing plan Public Network to allow for more digits because you are using 3 digit dest codes.
i.e add 666 and length = 13
