Call forward to mibile ipo500 v2

Dear expert,

I tried to call foward no answer to a internal user, then if no answer again foward to a mobile no.

But it did not work, it went to the original voice mail.

Please advise what I need to do to make it wirk?

Use hunt groups and overflows. Group 1 with the original ext to ring. An overflow group 2 with the second ext to ring. That group overflows to a sequential group 3 with a phantom user forwarded to the mobile number.
