Is it possable to restrict users setting their phone to Call Forward to external numbers?

Yes...

In the call pilot cahnge teh OutDial Type to None instead of Pool #1

You will have to do that for each extension you want to block.

That should do the trick

That will restrict outbound transfer/off premise notifications from CallPilot. To restrict the ability to forward a phone off site, or CFNA to an external number, you'd need to turn off "allow redirect" under the sets capabilities.

I guess this is the same on the MICS sytems as well.

If it is a PRI circuit then yes

I think my software version on my MICS is very old and does not support this. System version is 30mbH02 GP7, it has DASS2 for its trunks.
