Hey all..
I am trying to get a call forward of a DID to a cell phone number work and here is what i have done so far.
ACD
1. Created ACDN 3361
2. NCFW 91xxxx(cell phone number)
- also tried NCFW LDACOD1xxx(cell phone number)
3. MCW YES
ON PHONE
1. CLS CFXA
2. KEY 5 CFW 4 3361
When I try the ACDN from an internal extension it routes to the covering number fine.
When I call it externally from a cell with DCH MSG enabled I see the call hit but then I see a CAUSE: CALL REJECTED message and I hear what sounds like a carrier intercept
When I call it externally from a land line I just get a busy signal.
Any ideas on what I forgot since it is late on a friday.
