Call forward, time of day and days of week

I am not a hero with new stuff but with your help, I can make this work.

How do I forward all internal and external calls made to extensions 1608 to be forwarded to a mobile number xxx xxx xxxx after work hours specifically from 8pm to 5am daily all Saturdays and Sundays

You can set up RCFW, but this would have to be manually set otherwise it would be a case of using the secondary forwarding option or User Selectable Call Redirection.
